Meet the Management Team Terry Birt, General Sales Manager Terry began with the company in 1995.  She received numerous awards, including Associate of the Year twice.  She ranks in the top 5% of production for Prudential nationwide. Terry's passion is helping new agents to be as competitive as any top producer.  She currently serves on the Millbrae Planning Commission and the San Mateo County Association of Realtors' Legislative Committee. Jay Minemoto, Sales Manager Jay began his real estate career with us in 1997.  He was Rookie of the Year in 1997 and Associate of the Year in 1999 and achieved President's Club thereafter. Jay is also a member of the Agent Leadership Council, which represents the top 20% of our company's production.  With a sharp eye and efficient manner, Jay responds quickly and patiently explains the technical side of the business.  Eugenia Borges, Sales Manager Eugenia also began her career with the company in 1995, and received Rookie of the Year. With her bilingual skills and technology savvy, she has consistently been in the top 2% of production of the Prudential nationwide.  Her expertise in time management and closing skills enables her to manage and handle a full real estate practice.   Mark Hasha, Technology Manager Mark joined the company in 1999. Skilled in technology and relationship building, Mark trains with a calm, down to earth approach.
